About
I like to create a safe and supportive environment to allow clients to explore the challenges in their lives and to create healthier coping strategies and ways of thinking to live happier and more satisfying lives. I enjoy working with adults and older adolescents struggling with stress, life problems, self-confidence, and/or relationship issues. I have 8 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
I have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I utilize a variety of techniques in sessions. I am a strong believer in "word choice" and becoming aware of the implications our words have on our thoughts and feelings.
I am currently accepting new clients for Tuesdays-Saturdays.
