My approach integrates attachment-based therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.
Individual therapy, I partner with you to understand your patterns and foster lasting personal growth. Couples therapy, I help partners rebuild trust, increase emotional connection, and break out of cycles of conflict. Sex therapy, I offer a safe and open environment to address sexual concerns, enhance intimacy, and work through barriers to sexual well-being
I offer in-person sessions in both Monticello and Brooklyn Park, as well as telehealth sessions for clients throughout Minnesota. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward the changes you want to see in your life and relationships.
I offer Prepare and Enrich couples services.
I am also accepting supervisees for clinical supervision.
