Hello, it's nice to meet you! I am Veronica, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. My ideal client is a person who is ready, and motivated to make changes. They could have a mood disorder, personality disorder, a history of trauma, or other issues that plague them. My goal is to meet you where you are at, and assist in meeting your goals! Clients who work with me want and achieve stability, whole health, and joy in their lives, despite their mental health problems.
I offer a variety of therapeutic styles in individual therapy, including TF-CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-focused counseling, narrative therapy, person-centered, Gestalt, ACT, DBT, and motivational interviewing techniques. I also offer relationship counseling, and group therapy.
