As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas and Idaho, I work with adults navigating life’s challenges and transitions, including anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, and phobias such as driving anxiety and health anxiety. I am EMDR-trained and committed to using evidence-based practices to support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I am EMDR trained, trauma informed, and have completed Gottman Method Levels I and II training, allowing me to support individuals in navigating relational healing.
Healing isn't a straight line. Some sessions may feel deeply reflective, others may focus on learning new skills, processing difficult experiences, or even sharing a laugh when it's needed.
