Hello! Life comes with many challenges and sometimes, we just need someone to help us talk It out. I offer virtual counseling for individuals starting with young adults (18) and up.
With over 20 years of experience working with children and teens and their parents in educational settings, I bring a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and developmental challenges young people face today including anxiety, depression, social pressures, and peer conflict. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Solution-Focused Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical skills, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others.
