Depending on your needs I may support you with the use of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I come from a humanistic, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approach to all my clients.
I have the experience and training to help people suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with adults to overcome challenges that impact their lives and relationships. I enjoy helping my clients meet their goals so they can live more fully.
I am very passionate about my work. I have been practicing for 15 years in multiple settings, community mental health, medical social work, private practice, and supervision of interns. I enjoy helping people grow and heal so they can live a healthy centered life.
