Welcome! Are you looking for relief from anxiety, depression, a distressing relationship or unhealthy behaviors? I offer psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, a gentle, evidence-based, body-oriented approach for the healing of stress and trauma. I use a holistic, eclectic approach tailored to your needs, with your input. In addition to being a trauma specialist, areas of focus are anxiety, depression, supporting those in recovery, life transitions, relationship strengthening, and grief and loss. I also work with children starting at age 6 and their families.

I am certified in Somatic Experiencing, skilled in CBT, DBT, addictions work, attachment, play therapy, and parent coaching. As a VP of Human Resources, I coached and trained many executives and employees. I earned my masters degree in clinical social work from Columbia University and my degree in psychology from Boston College.

I offer a free phone consultation to help you determine if I can be of help to you.
