I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, skilled in psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, addictions work, attachment, play therapy, and parent coaching. As a VP of Human Resources, I coached and trained many executives and employees. I earned my masters degree in clinical social work from Columbia University.
