I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood swings, life transitions, self-esteem issues, binge-eating behaviors, and family/marriage issues. I have 6 years of experience in the mental health field and completed my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.

In therapy, we will use different skills and techniques that are tailored specifically for you and your needs/goals. Everyone has different personalities and ways of perceiving the world, and it is important to learn how to manage the various stressors that arise.

Talking to a stranger about your hurt, pain, sorrow, and disappointments is not easy.
