It’s not easy to take care of yourself when you're taking care of others. Whether you're overwhelmed by the challenges of pregnancy or parenthood, a complicated relationship, a demanding job, or a caregiving role, you might feel like you have lost sight of your own needs while meeting the needs of others. This can leave you feeling emotionally drained, resentful, and burned out. In therapy with me, you will find a compassionate space where we can work together to help you better understand your needs, to set healthy boundaries in relationships, and to learn new skills for taking care of yourself.

I help adults with depression and anxiety, with a special focus on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. As a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) and mom of three, I understand firsthand how tough motherhood can be. I also work with adults navigating relationship issues, grief/loss, and stressful life changes.
