Hi there! I’m Dr. Laura Testiler, a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) and certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) specializing in perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum), relationship issues, and college mental health. In my private practice, I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, adjustment to life transitions, and trauma recovery. I provide online individual therapy to adults (18+) across 43 states through PSYPACT, with a warm, collaborative approach designed to help you feel supported—not judged.

As both a certified perinatal mental health specialist and a mom of three, I know how tough parenthood can be. I am passionate about supporting parents navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting challenges. I also have advanced training in supporting adults of emotionally immature parents who may be navigating relationship issues or healing from trauma.
