Whether you're overwhelmed by pregnancy or parenthood, a complicated relationship, a caregiving role, or a demanding job, you might feel like you have lost sight of your own needs while meeting the needs of others. This can leave you feeling anxious, sad, angry, and unable to be present for the moments that matter. It’s not easy to take good care of yourself when you're taking care of everybody else! In therapy with me, you will find a compassionate space where we can work together to help you understand your needs, to set healthy boundaries in relationships, and to learn new skills for taking care of yourself.
I help adults with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, and have special training and experience supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I also work with adults who grew up in dysfunctional families, helping them heal from the past and recognize how their experiences shape their current relationships.
