I believe in validation and curiosity in my therapeutic approach, while also helping my clients to do hard things and challenge themselves to create a more joyful and meaningful life. I work with adults, teens, children, and families, and have experience in helping individuals navigate a range of mental health concerns.
I treat clients anywhere from 4 years of age to adults. I use an integrative therapy approach that is tailored to each individual. I have experience in helping clients manage and overcome anxiety, depression, school issues, transitions, self-esteem , and trauma. I work with my clients to find the approach that best fits their individual needs.
I am a compassionate and non-judgmental listener, and believe that creating a safe and supportive space is essential for healing. I am dedicated to helping my clients find their inner strength and achieve their goals for a happier and healthier life.
