I love working with people who feel pushed out of mainstream society due to their wonderful uniqueness- such as persons who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, or chronic physical or mental concerns. Telehealth therapy is really wonderful so you can meet from the comfort of your home.

What change would you like to see in your life? I love seeing people come away from being "stuck" and developing an empowered, self-assured view of themselves.

I think it's important to look at a person as a whole being, and not slim someone down to a diagnosis or a problem list. I employ person-centered, non-directive, trauma-informed care for the first half of each session. Then I switch to a more directive approach, and use techniques such as those from solution-focused therapy or Gestalt. During this time we develop an action for you to take outside of session. I have an open-ended approach. I want to see you acheive your goals and find comfort within yourself.
