Do you have anxiety that effects you physically and would like to decrease bothersome body sensations? Somatic Experiencing can help decrease these sensations and help you move through past traumas, injuries and negative core beliefs. Do you struggle sexually in the bedroom due to a history of sexual abuse, sexual addiction, or sexual dysfunction due to a medical condition? If so, I can help educate and walk you through the process to have a fulfilling and exciting sex life. I work with betrayed partners, sex/love/pornography addicts and those that have acted sexually outside of their primary relationship.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and specialize in working with betrayed partners as well as disclosures with or without polygraphs. I am a Somatic Experiencing Provider (SEP), teaching clients to help navigate body sensations and difficult emotions in addition to working collaboratively with Functional Medicine to decrease symptoms.
If therapy is not an option for you, I also offer Coaching services for individuals who have specific goals in mind and need support achieving those goals. I also offer intensives for individuals who would like to concentrate on a specific area and work through an event or events in a condensed manner in order to maximize the potential healing process.
