My name is Laura Swope and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the East Bay, California, working with clients statewide through telehealth. I work with clients of all ages and specialize in stress, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I approach my work using mindfulness theory, parts-work (integration), trauma-informed insight, and relational therapy to help my clients gain clarity, create balance, heal, grow, and give rise to a more joyful life.
I work with everyone from adolescents to folks in older adulthood who are looking to break cycles, identify, accept, and integrate lost or suppressed parts of themselves, wipe away some cobwebs, illuminate some truths, strengthen confidence, tap into hope and joy, and prioritize more effectively.
