I envision my ideal client is someone willing to work on their issues or concerns. I also appreciate a client who is committed to building trust over time. Another important trait is the client's willingness to openly and objectively discuss their motivation for seeking therapy.
One of the primary ways I assist clients is to be open, willing to listen and support the clients on their journey. I have spent most of my time working with adults. I have extensive experience in working with depression and dysthymia, anxiety, panic, adjustment disorders, and adoption and blended family-related issues.
I am open, approachable, and willing to listen and guide you as necessary based on your concerns. I applaud those who seek therapy as I know how challenging it can be due in part to the stigma associated with seeking assistance. I will work with you and meet you where you are free of judgment.
