I am a psychotherapist practicing in Syracuse, New York. I work with a range of clients and specialize in assisting couples to improve connection, communication, and find sexual fulfillment in their relationships. Through personal growth, my clients are able to express their needs, become better partners, and create more fulfilling relationships.
I use my training to explore clients’ unconscious thoughts and feelings. As thought and behavioral patterns emerge, we explore how they developed and how they inform how clients navigate current relationships. Constructive behaviors are highlighted to assist clients as they transform, or let go of, maladaptive patterns and become their most authentic selves.
