I’m an experienced trauma therapist. If you or your child are looking for help coping with depression, anxiety, past and current trauma, relationship struggles, stress, or grief and loss then I can help you sort out these issues and put you on a road towards healing. During therapy sessions we will collaboratively find the relief and the balance that you seek. I will use mindfulness strategies, somatic mind-body connections techniques and active listening to help you process your feelings and develop positive coping skills.Somatic mind-body techniques is another way to help you heal your trauma in addition to talk therapy.
I have 30 years of experience as a trauma informed therapist for children, teens, adults & families in a variety of mental health settings and schools. I raised 2 son’s who are now in their 20’s. I offer individual, couple, or family sessions to help you or your child gain insights and develop positive coping skills for the issues that you struggle with.
