I offer an integrative approach to guiding individuals and families toward emotional well-being, restoring relationships, personal growth, and healing from trauma. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples through a trauma-informed, individualized approach. I assist clients through personal conflicts and stressors, improve relationships, and heal emotional wounds.
My primary clinical focus is on trauma & life adjustments. With that, I utilize a trauma-informed, client-focused approach. I try to understand each of my clients' perspectives, while also looking for the meaning behind actions and words. I am trained in Level II Brainspotting, and in the certification process, to further help clients regulate their bodies.
