Welcome! I specialize in working with clients dealing with grief & loss, life changes (big or small), depression, and anxiety. For 11 years, I worked as a hospice social worker providing individualized and compassionate counseling services to hospice patients and their families as they coped with one the most difficult times in life. Working together with my clients to help them find peace, empowerment, hope, and joy is my calling and something I am incredibly passionate about.
In addition to my private practice, I have experience as a youth mental health counselor, hospice social worker/counselor, and school social worker. I provide virtual sessions to Florida residents. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, life changes, and grief.
