I offer a safe space to talk through struggles and provide the tools needed for my clients to create and maintain the mentally healthy lifestyle they wish to maintain. My counseling approach is tailored to specific needs of the client. Some of my favorite modalities are cognitive- behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, and family systems.
