I have immediate daytime availability! We all struggle from time to time. Maybe you're feeling anxious or depressed. Perhaps you're tired of repeating the patterns that leave you feeling stuck, frustrated and disconnected. So often we tell ourselves that we are the problem- that it lies within us. That we are somehow wrong. A depressive. An anxious person. These ideas often come from stories that others tell us about ourselves; other people pinpointing what they see as significant and telling our own story to us.
Together, you and I will identify and trace the influences of the problem you have been facing. We will clarify that you, the expert in your life, are separate from the problem itself and that by choosing the events you deem significant in your life, you can create your own unique story. One that is a better fit- a version of you that you love and accept.
My goal is to provide kind, supportive, trauma informed therapy to trans and cis women and men as well as genderfluid and nonconforming people. My office is an LGBTQI+ affirming space. I also extend an invitation to those in polyamorous and other non monogamous relationships as well as those engaged in the kink community or are/have been sex workers.
