I've been a clinical social worker providing counseling for 15 years much of that time in community mental health. I help people with a variety of concerns and symptoms! I often utilize CBT, solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques. Sessions are the time we come together so the client can process experiences, can set and work towards goals, and can heal.
