I offer: humanistic counseling, IFS, Transpersonal Psychology, hypnotherapy, & expressive arts therapy with an emphasis on intuitive & spiritual well being. Transformation can take place with willingness and commitment.

Women's support group offers the opportunity to foster self care, compassion, emotional well being, and practice taking responsibility for the choices you make. Through the process of creativity, personal myth and connection, group members will hold space for one another and receive much needed support. Ages 30+
