I welcome clients of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My areas of interest include grief, trauma, faith transition, first-responder support, and guiding clients through the preparation for, and recovery after, weight-loss surgery.
30 years of experience working in the criminal justice and family court systems have allowed me to assist a variety of children, teens and adults. I have worked with many challenges, including trauma, domestic violence, mood disorders, substance use, sexual assault, and family dysfunction. My goal is to provide a safe space where all clients can be seen and heal.
I worked as a civilian first-responder and in the criminal justice system for many years and offer support for other first responders, medical professionals, and/or law enforcement employees struggling with exposure to work related trauma. I also have experience is helping others deal with the complex emotions surrounding grief and faith transitions.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients work through challenging situations collaboratively, leading to meaningful change. Healing comes in an environment where safety and connection are established, and one’s true self can be seen and heard with acceptance, and compassion.
