You’ll learn to listen with empathy, speak clearly, and turn toward each other—even when it’s tough.
My style is quite active. I won't sit back and watch you argue in front of me; I'll jump in and offer alternative ways to discuss your issues so that the conversation remains productive.
My husband and I also host weekend getaway retreats in the Poconos. Our next one is on October 10th, 2025.
There are several evidence-based approaches to couples therapy, each with slight differences. I chose the Gottman Method, which is considered by many to be the "Gold Standard" of couples therapy due to its foundation in longitudinal relational psychology research. I'm certified in Gottman (2011) and work with the Gottman Institute as a trainer and researcher
