I specialize in individual psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults in addition to treating adults, children, and families. I work primarily within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) frame and am trained in other modalities including psychodynamic therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and with a broad range of concerns, and am able to adapt my therapeutic style to best suit each clients' individual needs.
