Hi! Are you feeling "down" or "off", attempting to sort through your jumble of thoughts and feelings, but unsure where to start? Perhaps you're feeling lonely and unsure where you fall in social or familial settings. Or maybe it's those pesky anxious and depressive feelings with which you are all too familiar, and you're ready to work through them with a warm, safe, accountability partner. I would love to help you! I enjoy working with adults with a variety of presenting concerns, particularly trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, and loneliness. I want you to leave our sessions feeling heard and equipped to get on your feet again.

I provide empathy, hope, and solutions to my clients and want to ensure you know you are not alone in this. I work from an inclusive, affirming, trauma-informed lens and will find the structure and approach that works best for you, at the time when you need it. Addressing trauma with EMDR and conquering OCD with ERP are two of my favorites!
