If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or moving through a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults of all ages, including adolescents and young adults, who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion, whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it.

My approach is warm, relational, and psychodynamic at its core, meaning we’ll look at how your past shapes the way you think, feel, and connect today. I also integrate practical tools from CBT and DBT to help manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress, and use mindfulness to support grounding and emotional awareness.

I have experience supporting LGBTQ and neurodiverse individuals, and people navigating changes like aging, becoming a parent, or parenting neurodiverse children. Together, we’ll build a space for reflection, resilience, and meaningful change—at your pace, and with care.
