I provide a safe container for founders to explore the psychological ups and downs of entrepreneurship. I believe we all have an innate capacity for healing and I help my clients become more present and connected with their bodies, truth, wisdom, hope and resilience. With an integrative approach, centered in body-based psychotherapy, I use a combination of Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Interpersonal Neurobiology. I also approach healing from a systems perspective, seeking to help my clients increase supportive structures that deepen their sense of community and belonging.
As an entrepreneurial psychotherapist who specializes in mental health for founders and entrepreneurs, I am passionate about helping my clients experience a deeper connection with themselves and a more balanced approach in their work. In my opinion, the journey of entrepreneurship is the development of the Self as much as it is the development of a business.
I provide a holistic approach and view emotional and mental health as a result of an integrated body-mind relationship. I desire to connect with my clients from a place of curiosity and caring. My therapeutic approach is compassion focused, encouraging my clients to approach themselves and healing with curiosity, love and acceptance.

Virtual Support Group for Entrepreneurs
As entrepreneurs, the emotional labor, isolation, financial risk and destabilizing impact of creating a company or business can have a very real and profound effect on our overall health, well-being and mental health. And, rarely do we have a safe space to talk about it. In this online group, we share our experiences and learn to manage emotional imbalances, including anxiety and depression, with mindfulness, grounding techniques, somatic awareness and group processing. This is a virtual, weekly group. Regular attendance is a benefit to everyone and I ask that participants commit to at least 3 months in order to create a safe container.
