It is my hope to bring genuine healing and wholeness to individuals, couples, and families. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who want to change how they manage conflict, mental or physical health issues, and stressful life events. I have been trained in many evidence-based therapeutic modalities, which enables me to be effective in treating depression, anxiety, grief, intrusive and distressing thoughts, mood disturbances, personality disorders, relationship and family issues, anger management, substance use, body image issues, and people who have experienced trauma.

I believe the more we understand ourselves, the more closely we are connected to others, the happier we feel and the more personal satisfaction we have in our lives. If you have come to a time and place in your life in which you are feeling stuck, I am going to suggest we work on learning and practicing self-acceptance, self- compassion, and self-love.

Therapy is for people who want to improve their lives, change things that are not working, learn better ways to cope, strengthen relationships, find relief from suffering, and begin a journey of hope and healing. Support Group Meetings for all individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their caregivers are held on the first and third Mondays of each Month in Crested Butte. There is no cost to attend and no RSVP is required. Meetings are facilitated by a professional therapist. Conscious Caregiver Support Group, Living Journeys

Living Journeys Conscious Caregivers Support Group is a safe and confidential support system for individuals who are caregivers (anyone who is caring for another person) and are looking for ways to cope and hopefully thrive throughout this chapter. Group meetings offer a supportive and healing environment where open discussion concerning care and caregiver related topics are facilitated. Individuals benefit emotionally from supporting one another through shared experiences. Professional facilitators are present to guide discussion, promote inclusion, link participants to resources and foster a strong sense of group.
