Through my role as a professional counselor, I've been privileged to be allowed access to the most deeply held thoughts and beliefs of many who are suffering. I've been honored to bear witness to that suffering... and to the healing that ensues. I continue to accept new clients and to look forward to accompanying all of them on their healing journeys.
I use a holistic, trauma informed, strengths based approach to counseling which involves careful, caring listening and non-judgment. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic styles and techniques, I work to help my clients understand their symptoms and to overcome them to achieve a more balanced and healthy life.
Therapeutic orientations that I most strongly draw from include EMDR, mindfulness based cognitive behavioral, dialectical, and solution focused. I am well-versed in working with a wide variety of concerns including complex and severe trauma responses and alcohol and drug addictions. Aside from counseling, I provide supervision for LPC and LADC candidates.

Women's Trauma Recovery (Currently inactive)
This small group focuses on the process of trauma, power and abuse, grounding and self-soothing, and healthy relationships. This is a "closed group" meaning that no new members are added until the curriculum has been completed so as to increase the feeling of safety for participants.
