Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience. She uses a compassionate, relatable approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Laura enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. Her extensive experience includes working with a variety of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, anger, grief and loss, and interpersonal conflict. She also has training in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Laura is honored to meet you where you are at and journey with you through the process of change and healing.
Laura has extensive experience working with young adults in a college counseling center where she provided individual therapy around anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, academic pressures, etc.
