Other times I am just excited to discover what else we learn. Then together we can develop action steps based on the best information. I enjoy saying that my specialty is working with anyone who chooses to walk in my door! I am always impressed with my clients' willingness to trust, and engage, in our work together to achieve their goals, make important changes, decrease pain, and expand understanding, happiness and passion.
I have worked with a diverse group of clients since 1992. I take an eclectic approach and draw from a variety of theories including; insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory, clinical hypnosis and dream work from a Jungian perspective.

Women Empowering Women
This insight oriented Psychotherapy group will focus on showing up to a safe and nonjudgmental environment. There will be plenty of talking and exploring feelings as well as creative, experiential exercises, deep relaxation and guided imagery. The first group will begin on April 18th, 2023.
