I am always impressed with my clients' willingness to trust, and engage, in our work together to achieve their goals, make important changes, decrease pain, and expand understanding, happiness and passion.
I have worked with a diverse group of clients since 1992. I take an eclectic approach and draw from a variety of theories including; insight oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory, clinical hypnosis and dream work from a Jungian perspective.
