I am a licensed naturopathic doctor. As a naturopathic doctor, I do functional medicine workups for mental health patients that have depression, anxiety and PTSD. I am doing telemedicine and in person appointments. While I do counseling in my practice, I take a holistic approach that involves nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and relationships.
