Because I’ve worked in both medical and school environments, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life challenges stack up—whether that’s health issues, family stress, or emotional burnout. I hold a certification in TF-CBT- This is an evidence-based practice that works with children ages 3-18 who have experienced a traumatic event as well as their caregivers. The combines CBT and Trauma sensitive approaches.
I also deliver services to adults with a recovery orientated lens while using an attachment and internal family systems.
I strongly believe that healing and growth don't happen in isolation. I am committed to creating a safe and grounded space to explore topics that bring you to this space.
