I help individuals to quickly identify the internal barriers in their lives that often stem back to early trauma, including PTSD, and guide executives, business owners, professionals, and others through major career challenges, and life transitions using a variety of advanced approaches and techniques. By identifying root causes of resulting insecurity and self-sabotage we rapidly eliminate barriers that most individuals were unaware of. The results are remarkable and clear the way for individuals to live their most authentic, best lives.

I have a client centered approach and I often invite laughter, creative outlets and holistic approaches into my work. I offer a judgment-free space for you to explore your blocks, grief, trauma and transitional goals. I offer intensive retreats to address issues for rapid healing and growth thereby setting you on your path with expedience and confidence.
