I provide a safe and neutral counseling space for individuals, couples and families to work towards an overall improvement within their relationships, everyday life and mindset. One's choice to begin counseling is a positive decision towards self-care, improved relationships and a proactive way to handle life's hardships. Counseling provides an opportunity to learn ways to gain control over one's life, whether that be through trauma healing, relationship repair or one's own self awareness. I believe that the power of empathy within counseling can be life changing.
I provide evidenced based therapy that meets one's personal goals. I work with clients towards their individualized goals at a comfortable pace. I have confidence in a holistic, client centered approach within the modalities of Person Centered, Experiential, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR and EFT. I over 20 years experience counseling in various settings.

Women's Group: Loving Ourselves with Boundaries
Coming together for a group of psycho-education and connection with other women. We will learn and discuss within a relaxed setting about self love, self compassion, and healthy boundaries to allow for healthier, improved relationships with others and ourselves. We will connect, talk and enjoy time to strengthen ourselves and to " fill our own cup".
