Whether you're suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, or other concerns, we can work together to understand the underlying causes for your symptoms and help you pursue your inner truth and liberation. I practice both in English and Spanish, and clients whose first language is not English and/or who have come to therapy from a variety of cultural contexts often work with me.
I specialize in treating trauma, traumatic stress, sexual issues, and the emotional struggles associated with them, in particular the effects of sexual trauma. Every body has a right to pleasure, so if you have been curious about or considering sex therapy, let's connect!
