I earned my graduate education from The University of Michigan. I am a kind, compassionate therapist dedicated to helping others. My goal is to provide an environment in which people feel comfortable and supported in order to achieve positive change in their lives. My approach is centered around helping clients identify their own goals and working together through a collaborative therapeutic process to help them meet those goals. During this process, I work to provide clients with effective skills for managing health and life challenges.
I am experienced in addressing depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD, relationship conflict, family conflict, parent-child conflict, life transitions/changes, postpartum, and many other issues. I have specific experience working with children ages 6 to 17, along with their parents. I also have specific experience treating anxiety in adults ages 20-28.
