Accepting New Clients (In-Person and Telehealth)! Your search for the right therapist is an important one, and it can be overwhelming at times. I hope I can help bring ease to this process! My therapeutic approach is warm, open, and collaborative. I want to understand your needs and goals, and help you clarify them. As human beings, I believe we are at our best when connected to others in a trusted manner. I also have a deep respect for the courage it takes to step into therapy and will honor that throughout our work together. My private practice is located in Milton, MA, where I work with adults (ages 18+) for individual therapy.
My approach to therapy is flexible. I prioritize helping you better understand the feelings that underlie behaviors, thought patterns, or beliefs about yourself or the world that are not serving you. I also have training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I bring that mindful, present energy to each session.
