I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, providing both in-person and virtual appointments at Clear Path Counseling and Wellness. I use EMDR, psychodynamic, and relational approaches to help people unburden from past injuries, enjoy more connection to themselves and others, and bring their lives into more authentic expressions of who they are. I specialize in working with complex trauma, religious trauma, attachment issues, relationship concerns, and eating disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I also conduct psychodiagnostic assessments to help clarify root mental health issues and identify treatment priorities.
In terms of assessment, I specialize in ADHD evaluations, general mental health evaluations, and ministry-readiness assessments. Moreover, for those interested in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), I provide preparation and integration sessions, partnering with various PAP providers to help deepen and optimize the healing provided by that medicine.
