Many of the adults I work with come to therapy because they're feeling worried, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, or relationship challenges, but they can't always pinpoint why they feel the way they do.
As we work together, we begin to uncover the patterns that may be contributing to these struggles. Understanding these patterns isn't about dwelling on the past, it's about making sense of the present so you can respond differently moving forward.
Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients understand the roots of their patterns while developing healthier boundaries, improving relationships, and building a stronger, more authentic sense of self. I integrate ACT and CBT techniques to help clients build practical skills and manage challenges.
Together, we'll build the skills and insight to manage anxiety, improve relationships, develop greater self-confidence, and help you feel more like yourself again. If you're ready to take that first step, I would be honored to support you on your journey. Give me a call or visit my website to schedule your free 15 minute intro.
