Unresolved issues can impact us over our lifetime. Therapy is one tool to help you unlock your inner strengths for healing and growth. Whatever brings you into my office, together we will work to find your unique path to your goals.
I incorporate talk and experiential therapies (e.g. EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness). I believe that deep healing requires more than "just talking about it." I am neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming and warmly welcome you!
