I help neurodivergent teens, adults, and couples understand themselves and practice new patterns for a more meaningful life. I take a gentle, relational, and experiential approach that helps you illuminate inner conflicts, deep wounds, and possibilities for growth. I offer neurodiversity and PDA-affirming parent coaching for parents parenting on "hard mode." And I support couples with attachment-focused couples therapy. I help couples identify the ways they get "stuck" and compassionately work through these challenges to repair and strengthen their bond.

I help clients who want to heal past trauma, improve regulation, explore identity and unmasking, and improve their relationships. I draw from multiple approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (attachment-focused work), EMDR (trauma reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (building self-compassion), and mindfulness of bodily sensations and responses.

I offer a genuine, collaborative space where all of you is welcome. I accommodate my client's unique nervous system. Out of Network

I'm out-of-network. I provide a superbill with all the info needed to submit for insurance reimbursement. Many health insurance plans will reimburse clients for out-of-network therapy, sometimes as much as 80 percent of the fee. Limited number of sliding scale spots for clients in need.
