We’ll also focus on grounding and mindfulness strategies so you can calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, aand feel more in control.
Sessions are calm, supportive, and judgment-free. You’ll have space to talk, process, and learn practical ways to handle the things that once felt overwhelming. We’ll move at your pace—whether that means working through trauma, setting new boundaries, or simply finding your footing again.
