I work with First Responders,Law Enforcement,Fire Fighters,Military,Doctors, Nurses, EMS, Animal Controllers and Dispatchers.Do you find yourself struggling with primary or secondary trauma, depression, anxiety, post incident stress and trauma to include; stuck images, smells,and negative thoughts. I provide crisis response and post shooting debriefings. Sometimes situations can trigger a wide range of emotions and we are not sure what to do with the way we are feeling. Together we will work through these and get back to living the life you want.
As a working clinician for 20 years,I am experienced in trauma work and working with individuals. I’ve worked with individuals in crisis, life transitions, anxiety,depression,bipolar and self-esteem issues. I use Reality Therapy, EMDR and other eclectic methods to help my clients.
