I am a therapist licensed by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (license 105534). I have over 10 years of professional experience in practice focusing on treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, managing stress, building self-esteem and confidence, coping with addictions, grief and loss, and life changes. I also have experience in helping people with relationships that involve conflict, domestic violence, and codependency. Also, I can help people who have children together, but are no longer in a romantic relationship, redefine their boundaries and learn how to successfully co-parent.
My clinical approaches include Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
