I know pregnancy and postpartum can be a very difficult and vulnerable time for many women and have received training in postpartum depression and anxiety among other issues that arise from pregnancy and childbirth. I founded Roots & Branches Wellness with providing perinatal mental health support as one of the foundations.
I enjoy working with clients discovering their sense of self, who may experience worry, anger and sadness. These feelings can accompany divorce, loss of a loved one, faith transition, and many other life changes we experience. I also work with neurodivergent clients wanting to understand more about how this affects them and their relationships.
