I can help you navigate anxiety, panic, PTSD, depression, grief, mood regulation, and other challenging emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal experiences.
I primarily utilize Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples. Rooted in the science of emotions and attachment, EFT helps couples identify and transform the negative processing and interaction patterns that create distress.
